We saw delegations from the association of Caribbean states (ACS) The Gulf Ports Association of the Americas (GPAA), The American Association of Port Authority (AAPA) and the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB).
The three day event featured presentations on a range of topics relevant to and supportive of effective and sustainable Management of Seaports and Marine Terminals across the Caribbean and Latin American Region.
This is the second time (first in 2004) that Nevis (NASPA) hosted this high-status and major meeting which attracted executives from throughout the region and further afield, including North America and Europe. There were 58 attendees. The Nevis Air and Seaports Authority was hailed, congratulated and commended for its efficient and professional hosting of the event.
